What started in our kitchen as a simple search for quality cooking fat became something more. We render beef tallow from pasture-raised Willamette Valley cattle the traditional way—slow, careful, and by hand.
Each small batch is purified multiple times, then whipped with purposeful ingredients. Two friends built this brand on hard work, natural living, and a return to products made with pride.
