What started in our kitchen as a simple search for quality cooking fat became something more. We render beef tallow from pasture-raised Willamette Valley cattle the traditional way—slow, careful, and by hand.
Each small batch is purified multiple times, then whipped with purposeful ingredients. Nothing fancy. That’s kind of the point.
